ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 16. Turkmenistan is building more than 80 new residential buildings in Dashoguz, a city located in the northeast of the country, Trend reports.
The construction of two four-story houses with 32 apartments and one four-story house with 16 apartments is carried out by the 'Atalyk gurluşyk' private company.
At the same time, a residential complex consisting of 12 seven-story residential buildings is being built in the city center, which will house five houses with 42 apartments each, four houses with 56 apartments and three houses with 84 apartments
Furthermore, an extensive complex of new housing and infrastructure is being built in the eastern part of the city, which occupies a total area of 71 hectares, within which 70 four-story houses designed to accommodate 1,496 families will be built.
A medical center capable of serving a larger number of patients, a kindergarten for 240 places, a secondary school for 600 places, a service center and a number of social facilities will be located on the territory of the complex.
Meanwhile, Turkmenistan is actively developing its construction sector, giving it priority in the national development strategy. The construction sector is also actively expanding in other cities of Turkmenistan, including Turkmenbashi City and many other regional centers. This makes it possible to improve the accessibility of education, health care and other social services for the local population.
