ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, October 16. Turkmenistan is building a new residential area, which will consist of seven-story houses in the central part of Dashoguz city, Trend reports.
The complex will occupy a plot of land with an area of more than seven hectares, and at the moment, two houses for 56 apartments have already been built here, and the foundations for three more houses for 42 apartments each are being laid.
The buildings will vary in size and number of entrances, the largest of which will have 84 apartments.
When designing and building, the requirements for rational land use, environmental protection, and the availability of the necessary road transport infrastructure are taken into account.
Furthermore, the construction of a new residential area is aimed at further improving living conditions and creating an aesthetically meaningful and comfortable urban environment.
At the moment, the arrangement and development of all its districts is being carried out evenly in the city of Dashoguz, and the construction of the city is characterized by system complexity and the desire to rationally use unused land plots.
Meanwhile, in Turkmenistan, construction plays an important role in the country's modern economic strategy. Supported by the government and national programs, the development of the construction industry contributes to the creation of modern infrastructure, including housing, transport routes, energy facilities, and social institutions.
