ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, March 5. Ambassador of Turkmenistan to France Maksat Charyev held a meeting with representatives of SUEZ Group, during which the parties discussed the possibility of working together in the implementation of projects for the construction of desalination plants as well as water treatment plants, Trend reports.
According to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Paris, the French company was represented by Paul Bourdillon, the company's General Director for Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, and Timothée Cargill, Director of International Development.
During the conversation, the parties also considered the development of water distribution infrastructure, exploring various strategies to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
Representatives of the company expressed interest in establishing cooperation with Turkmenistan and offered to organize a delegation visit to the country for additional consultations.
The Embassy notes that this meeting is the first step to establishing long-term partnership relations between Turkmenistan and SUEZ Group.
