ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, July 3. Entrepreneurs from the Ulyanovsk region of Russia signed four new contracts during a business mission to Turkmenistan, Trend reports.
According to an official source, the contracts relate to the supply of truck components to Turkmenistan in the amount of more than 10 million Russian rubles ($114,000).
Such Russian manufacturers as Ulgran and San Marco, Federal Mogul, Interwood, Biofa, and Novospassky Elevator took part in the business mission.
A delegation from Ulyanovsk held a series of business meetings at the site of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, as well as negotiations on supplies with the ministries of agriculture, construction, and architecture, logistics companies, and distributors of food and building materials from a foreign country.
Meanwhile, economic cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russia is developing, marked by important steps towards mutual benefit.
The two countries actively cooperate in the fields of trade, energy, and infrastructure projects, which further strengthens the partnership and contributes to overall economic progress.
