The first three floors (the top floor was assigned for technical services) can accommodate over 600 visitors.
The ground floor of the building is totally for children. There are toy rooms and attractions, computer games, video room and cafe on the ground floor. The first floor has billiard tables; VIP restaurant and cafe-bar for 70 people each and shops. There is also a banquet room on the second floor. Altyn Yyldyzy center will employ around 100 people.
