The Tashkent National Arts Centre will open the exhibition "Generous gifts of Uzbekistan" dedicated to 20th anniversary of the country's independence on Aug. 26, CA-NEWS reported.
The exhibition will demonstrate works of Uzbekistan's chief cook Sunnatilla Suleymanov.
The exhibition will demonstrate fruits, vegetables and flowers that will be "transformed" into works of culinary art.
The exhibition will present more than 70 exhibits, as well as photos of dishes cooked by Suleymanov and his books "The Uzbek cuisine" ("Ўzbekiston pazandalik Sanati entsiklopediyasi"), "Dietary salads" ("Shifobahsh salatlar") and "The tastiest dishes test "(" Lazzatbahsh hamirli taomlar ").
The exhibition runs until Sept.10, 2011. The exhibition is organized by the Fund Forum, the National Arts Center and Uzbek Association of Cooks.
