Members of the Legislative Chamber of Uzbekistan’s Parliament approved the government report on the January-September state budget execution with a surplus of 0.1 percent of GDP, the parliament’s news service reported Nov. 25.
The revenue part of the state budget was executed by 100.2 percent of the forecast figure.
The state budget revenues amounted to 21.7 percent of GDP and expenditures amounted to 21.6 percent of GDP.
Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Finance said that the total revenues of the state budget in the 9-month period amounted to 29,531.7 billion soums, expenditures amounted to 29,455.1 billion soums, and the surplus was 76.6 billion soums.
