Uzbekistan’s joint stock company Uztransgaz had a net income of 465.434 billion soums in January-March 2017 compared to 395.788 billion soums in the same period of 2016, said a report published on single portal of corporate information of Uzbekistan.
Uztransgaz, a subsidiary of the Uzbekneftegaz National Holding Company, supervises the transportation, shipping, transit and export of gas.
The report said that the company’s proceeds from the sale of produce stood at 2.108 trillion soums (a 20.5 percent increase), the gross profit from the sale of produce totaled 925.555 billion soums (a 30.9 percent decrease), and profit from the main activity was 676.171 billion soums (a 34.2 percent increase) in 1Q17.
The prime cost of the sold produce reached 1.182 trillion soums (a 13.5 percent increase).
Accounts receivable for the reporting period increased by 8.3 percent to 11.44 trillion soums.
