Vencomatic Group Company for the production of equipment for poultry farms in the Netherlands is interested in entering the Uzbek market with its products, Trend reports referring to Dunyo information agency.
The issue was discussed by the ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Benelux countries Dilyor Khakimov and regional sales director of Vencomatic Group in Netherlands Paolo Econimo.
Econimo said that he took part in the mission of Dutch leaders and representatives of agricultural companies in Uzbekistan in March 2019. During the visit, he became convinced of the significant potential of the poultry industry in Uzbekistan, which demonstrates the rapid pace of development in recent years.
“In this regard, Vencomatic Group is interested in entering the Uzbek market with its products,” he said.
“We would like to establish interaction with representatives of the country and private sector of Uzbekistan in order to discuss the possibility of cooperation. We believe that our technologies could be in demand in the regions of the country that are interested in breeding turkeys, namely in the Karakalpakstan Republic of Uzbekistan," said the regional director of Vencomatic Group.
As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to hold an online meeting in the near future with the involvement of representatives of the relevant ministries and departments, as well as the deputies of the regions of Uzbekistan to discuss the prospects for mutual cooperation with an emphasis on technologies for breeding turkeys and other types of poultry.
