The international industrial exhibition entitled ‘Innoprom’: ‘Big Industrial Week in Uzbekistan’ in Tashkent has become a successful platform for establishing relations between Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Russian financial institutions, Trend reports citing the Uzbek media.
Thus, the result of the negotiations with Russia's Sovcombank PJSC was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.
The purpose of the memorandum is to jointly consider the possibility of using the bank's financial products and services for the implementation of projects of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
Sovcombank's network of branches comprises 2,500 offices, the number of employees exceeded 15,000 people, and the Group's capital in accordance with IFRS (international financial reporting standards) amounted to 139 billion rubles.
Uzbekneftegaz JSC has been successfully cooperating with Russian financial institutions for a number of years in the framework of financing investment projects and purchasing high-tech equipment and materials and equipment (material and technical resources).
