The Gross Domestic Product per capita in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 14.9 million soums ($1,391) from January through September 2021, Trend reports via the State Statistics Committee.
The GDP per capita increased by 4.9 percent from January through September 2021 compared to the same period last year.
Highest volumes of the gross regional product (GRP) per capita were observed in the Navoi region - 41.1 million soums ($3,834), Tashkent city - 31.2 million soums ($2,914), and Tashkent region - 19.6 million soums ($1,834).
The smallest volumes of GRP per capita were observed in Surkhandarya - 7.9 million soums ($739), Namangan - 8.3 million soums ($778), and Fergana - 8.7 million soums ($814) regions.
