Uzbekneftegaz JSC has successfully completed and commissioned two projects to increase the production of natural gas and condensate at the Kulbeshkak and Tumaris fields in country’s Bukhara region, Trend reports citing the press service of the company.
The drilling of 2 new wells at the Kulbeshkak field and 3 new wells at the Tumaris field will allow to increase the daily consumption of natural gas by preventing gas leaks in pipelines, reducing hydraulic resistance and pressure drop.
Currently, a pipeline for transmission of natural gas with a diameter of 426 mm with a total length of 700 meters has been put into operation at the Kulbeshkak field.
As a result of the work carried out at the Tumaris field, an increase in production volumes of 50,000 cubic meters of natural gas per day was achieved.
