Uzbek UzAuto Motors company produced 235,000 cars in 2021, a representative of the company told Trend.
According to him, only for the last 4 months of 2021 the company produced 79,400 cars.
Most of the cars were produced in Asaka and Khorezm cities of Uzbekistan. In particular, total production in Asaka amounted to 163,000 cars, while in Khorezm this figure amounted to 72,000 cars.
The representative also noted that at the plants in Asaka and Khorezm on average 1,000 car units were produced per day.
“During this period production of Chevrolet Cobalt increased from average 342 to 420 units daily, while the production of Chevrolet Lacetti increased from average 262 to 360 units per day”, he said
Besides that, he also announced key focus areas of UzAuto Motors for 2022, which include increasing customer satisfaction, increasing sale of spare parts, implementation of clear dealership KPI’s, successful launch of sales of Chevrolet Tracker and Onix models.
