BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 11. Uzbekistan has imported 25,000 tons of bananas from January through February 2022, Trend reports via Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
The volume of imports of bananas increased by 14,300 tons compared to the corresponding period of last year.
During this period, most of the bananas were imported from Ecuador in the amount of 24,200 tons, followed by Kazakhstan (238 tons), Turkey (150 tons), and India (61 tons).
