BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 19. Uzbekistan has exported 25,400 tons of cherries worth $33.3 million to 14 countries from January through June 2022, Trend reports via Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
Cherry exports decreased by 35,000 tons compared to the corresponding period last year.
During this period, most of the cherries were exported to Russia in the amount of 12,500 tons, followed by Kazakhstan (7,700 tons), Kyrgyzstan (4,800 tons), South Korea (183 tons), Belarus (163 tons), Poland (52 tons) and UAE (16 tons).
