BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 26. Uzbekistan's financial sector index at the Uzbek Republican Stock Exchange reached 261.35 points on September 26, increasing by 88.65 points from September 23, Trend reports via the Exchange.
The figure for the industrial sector has risen, settling at 3,544.88 points – an increase of 16.04 points compared to the September 23 figure (3,528.84 points).
The figure for the construction sector reached 3,869.7 points on September 26 from 3,695.82 points on September 23.
The trade sector index reached 12,571.5 points on September 26, increasing by 2.9 points compared to the September 23 figure (12,568.60 points).
Uzbekistan's "Toshkent" republican stock exchange was formed in 1994 to help further expand economic reforms in the country and protect private property and business development.
