According to Saharkhiz Larijani's resignation does not have any relation to the statement by the Russian President, Vladimir Putin.
During the summit of the Caspian Sea countries, the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, made a new proposal to the Iranian religious leader, Ali Khamenei. The core of the proposal was not announced, the IRNA reported. Larijani said the proposal regarded Iran's nuclear program and would be considered by the official Tehran.
