The first specialized exhibition of wood, paper, and related industries opened on Monday in Tehran International Permanent Fairground with the deputy industry and mines minister attending the event.
Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) reported that 70 domestic and three foreign companies from Germany, China, and the United Arab Emirates have attended the fair.
The goal of the organizers of the exhibition is to foment interaction and direct contact between manufacturers and users of this industry.
The span of the expo includes wood, chipboard, MDF, machinery, paper and cardboard.
The exhibition is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and ends on Thursday.
