The IAEA Board made a mistake by adopting the resolution on Iran's nuclear program, Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki was quoted as saying by the Iranian IribNews Web site.
Mottaki said Iran is ready to transfer uranium for further enrichment on Iranian territory, but the U.S. has taken a non-constructive approach to the issue, renewing accusations against Tehran.
"The Iranian people do not want to discuss their right to possess a nuclear program," he said. "But we are ready to negotiate to clarify issues that are questionable for the world community."
