Pirates on Somali seashore have captured 29 Iranian citizens. Although 37 days have passed, they have not released yet, Iranian Shipping and Port Organization Deputy Chairman for Ports Said Izadiyyan said. Trend quoted Iranian MEHR News Agency as saying.

Izadiyyan said that Iranian fishing-ship was captured by pirates near Somali seashores. "The ship and its 29-member crew were taken in Somali seashores," Izadiyyan added.

Izadiyyan said Iranian Shipping and Port submitted all details concerning this fact to the Iranian Armed Forces and Foreign Ministry and now they are dealing with this issue.
