The Iranian police reported that it arrested over 150 people accused of taking part in clashes on Ashura Day with the help of people. The agency reported that the police arrested demonstrators after issuing the photographs of 150 people accused of involvement in the clashes. The Iranian police issued photographs of 65 persons accused of involvement in the events on Ashura Day, the official website of the Etimad-e Milli Party reported earlier. The police asked for help from people in search of the demonstrators. The Iranian police accused these persons in violation of security and rule of law, insulting Islamic slogans and religious values.

Jan.19, the Iranian police reported that it arrested over 40 people accused of taking part in clashes on Ashura Day with the help of people.
