Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani, appealed to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's government with the proposal to continue uranium enrichment to 20 percent, MEHR news agency reported.
Larijani said that the new resolution the UN Security Council contradicts the IAEA Convention Treaty on Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
He said due to the fact that the West did not provide research reactor in Tehran with fuel, Iran needs to continue an independent process of uranium enrichment.
If Iranian ships are inspected in neutral waters, Iran will inspect all ships in the Persian Gulf, Larijani said.
