According to the decision of the administrative court, the head of the Iranian Presidential administration Hamid Bagai is banned to work in state bodies during four years, Iranian website asriran.com. reported.
He himself confirmed it at a press-conference on Saturday.
President Ahmadinejad appointed Bagai Vice President for Executive Affairs and head of the presidential administration in April. He previously served as chairman of the Iranian Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization.
