An exhibition to introduce the potential of Iran's free zones will be held next month in Tajikistan's capital Dushanbe, the IRNA news agency reported.
The event is aimed at giving a boost to economic, industrial and cultural ties between the two countries.
Investment and joint venture opportunities in Iran's free zones and special economic zones that meet the needs of Tajikistan and other Central Asian nations will be offered to visitors in Persian, English, and Russian languages.
Three sided exhibitions will be also held with the themes of books, handicrafts and traditional arts to introduce cultural commonalities between the two neighbouring countries.
Iran and Tajikistan trade turnover last year exceeded $500 million, said Tehran's ambassador to Dushanbe, Ali Asghar Sherdoost.
