Some 60 percent of financial crimes in the administration system come from the lack of knowledge to the law, an official with Iran's Supreme Audit Court stated.
A study on legal cases related to financial crimes showed that 60 percent of the offenses were related to the misunderstanding or the lack of understanding about current laws, Hamid Teymouri told the ISNA news agency.
Different educational courses have been held and several books have been published to help managers of state-run organizations get a better understanding of the laws, he added.
