Iranian Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi said that in framework of negotiation with P5+1, the United States' representative partakes in talks, but outside of this group Iran and the U.S. never talks anything bilaterally.
The New York Times reported on Saturday that the United States and Iran have agreed in principle to hold one-on-one negotiations on Iran's nuclear program but, according to Reuters, the White House quickly denied that any talks had been set.
Iran and P5+1 group, including the U.S., France, the UK, Russia, China + Germany restarted nuclear talks in April 2012, after 14 months suspension.
The last round of talks among them has held in June 2012 in Russia without any result.
Salehi said negotiations about scheduling the next Iran, P5+1 meeting is continuing and the next meeting might be held by the end of November.
So far, the U.S. and EU have imposed very tight sanctions over Iran's oil export, shipping and banking system. In addition, the Security Council of United Nations has imposed four rounds of sanctions on Iran, demanding it to halt its sensitive nuclear activities. Iran says its nuclear program is peaceful.
