Iran plans to establish a new naval base in Pasabandar city in zero-point on Pak-Iran border , navy commander Admiral Habibollah Sayyari told IRNA on Sunday.
He said that new base will established in the far south waters of Iran's northern territories to improve protection capacity of the country.
Sayyari said that until now Iran had no military presence in the area.
