Principlist candidate Mohammad-Hassan Aboutorabifard said that he will try to preserve the role of Islamic values in the society.
Promoting the role of people in the country's political affairs will be a priority of his government, the Khatnews website quoted Aboutorabi as saying.
Aboutorabifard also went on to note that he will strongly abide by the guidelines provided by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei with regards to the country's affairs.
