Russian president Vladimir Putin will be traveling alongside Caspian Sea shores by ship and will visit Iran, head of the Iran-Russia parliamentary Friendship Committee Mehdi Sanai said, Mehr news agency reported.
Meeting between Putin and Iran's President-elect Hassan Rohani during this travel will be important, he said, adding that the meeting will be held in a friendly atmosphere.
"International, regional and bilateral issues will be discussed during Putin`s visit" he said, adding that two countries should boost coordination on Iran's nuclear issue.
It is possible two countries would agree on changing agenda of Iran and P5+1 negotiation, he said.
It should be reminded that Hassan Rouhani won the presidential elections this year in Iran, which were held on June 14, 2013.
Rouhani gathered over 50 percent of votes at the elections, and the official inauguration of the new president is scheduled for August 4.
At the same time, spokesman of Iran's foreign ministry, Abbas Araqchi said that he doesn't approve the news about the visit of the Russian president to Iran, ISNA reported.
