President: Iranian people not enemies to US people

The Iranian people have no enmity towards other nations, including the people of the US, Iranian president Hassan Rouhani said at the Cabinet session on Sunday, Fars news agency reported.
He also said that, Iranian people condemn hostile policies against them.
Speaking of Iran's nuclear program, Rouhani said that Iranian nuclear negotiation team with P5+1 pursue to restore the country's rights through logic and diplomacy.
He added that national sovereignty, the country's independence and people's rights are their red line, which is not to be crossed.
"The negotiating team should be vigilant as they stepped into diplomatic struggle, he said.
The U.S. and its Western allies suspect Iran of developing a nuclear weapon - something that Iran denies. The Islamic Republic has on numerous occasions stated that it does not seek to develop nuclear weapons, using nuclear energy for medical researches instead.
Rouhani also expressed gratitude for Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei due to his support for Iranian nuclear negotiating team.
