Georgian-Iranian Chamber of Commerce and Industry established

The Georgian-Iranian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been established.
The main focus of the Chamber is to promote trade and economic relations between Georgia and Iran, one of the founders of the Chamber, Chairman of the Union of Petroleum Products Importers, Vano Mtvralashvili told Kommersant radio on Dec.6.
The main areas of interest for Iranian businesses are energy, construction sector and the food industry. The Chamber of Commerce was founded by five Georgian and four Iranian businessmen, Mtvralashvili said.
Mtvralashvili went on to note that the annual trade turnover between Georgia and Iran is $120-150 million and this figure is to be increased.
