Iran, Macao discuss expansion of economic ties

(www.irna.ir) - Iran and Macao explored avenues for bolstering bilateral cooperation in various economic fields.

Iran's consul general in Hong Kong Abdollah Nekounam met with Macao's Secretary of Economy and Finance Tam Pak Yuen.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on mutual potential and capabilities for expansion of economic cooperation, reports Trend.

Promotion of trade cooperation, exchange of commercial delegations and investment in various fields of investment and tourism were among other issues raised by the two officials.

Macao has a population of 500,000 people. It has a high figure for gross domestic product.
