Main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) surged by 537.7 points or 0.68 percent to end trade at 79299.6 on Oct. 26.
According to the TSE official website, more than one billion shares valued at $89.4 million (2.8 trillion rials according to the official rate on Oct. 26) were traded for the day.
The Price Index went up 189.9 points or 0.68 percent to end at 28000.8.
The First Market Index surged 525.4 points or 0.95 percent to post 55645.2.
The Second Market Index added 292.5 points or 0.17 percent to reach 172497.5.
The Industry Index hiked 451.5 points or 0.68 percent to hit 66377.2.
The TSE 30 Index gained 24.7 points or 0.77 percent to post 3226.7.
The TSE 50 Index added 21.3 points or 0.69 percent to reach 3124.7.
