Iran: gas condensate exports down

Iran’s gas condensate exports volume decreased by 2.72 percent to 5.903 million tons in four months of the current Iranian fiscal year (started on March 21), compared to the same period in last year.

Value of exports also decreased by 4.17 percent to $2.315 billion, the Custom Administration’s official website reported.

Furthermore, Iran’s petrochemical products export volume also decreased by 3.67 percent to 9.555 million tons, while the value decreased by and 3.72 percent to $4.689 billion.

Iran puts gas condensate, propane, butane and some of other raw petroleum products exports in the non-oil exports basket.

Statistics of the report indicate that Iran exported $13.459 billion non-oil products in four months of current fiscal year, which is about 11.49 percent less compared to the same period of last year.
