The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) for Nov. 26 offers the following products and goods:
Export floor: Offers 31,700 tons of rice from Uruguay.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 96,378 tons of various polymers, chemical products, vacuum bottom, sulfur, argon, bitumen and lube cut.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 280 tons of copper wire, 900 tons of copper cathode, 20,000 tons of low-grade copper, 140 tons of sulfur molybdenum and 12 tons of precious metal concentrates as well as 110 tons of rebar and 50 Cerato cars.
Agriculture floor: Offers 295,000 day-old chickens, 145,500 tons of wheat, 100 tons of sunflower raw oil and 448,000 tons of maize.
Meanwhile, the side market of IME will witness offering of 100 tons of palm oil imported from Malaysia and 40 tons of polyester yarns.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
