The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Dec. 17:
Export floor: Offers 32,240 tons of bitumen, sulphur and insulation as well as 31,300 tons of rice.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 132,149 tons of polymers, chemicals, bitumen, vacuum bottom feedstock, sulphur, slack wax and lube cut oil.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 140 tons of sulphur molybdenum, 12 tons of precious metal concentrates and 220 tons of rebar A3-10 as well as 1,340 tons of copper wire, 1,960 tons of cathode copper and 20,000 tons of low-grade copper.
Agriculture floor: Offers 404,000 day-old chickens, 48,600 tons of wheat, 5,500 tons of sugar, 1,473 tons of corn and 1,200 tons of crude vegetable oil.
Furthermore, the side market of IME will witness offering 208 tons of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, 48 tons of aniline and 600 tons of palm oil.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
