The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Dec. 19:
Export floor: Offers 200 tons of bitumen, 500 tons of insulation and 5,000 tons of granulated sulphur.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 46,436 tons of polymers, 6,900 tons of bitumen, 28,000 tons of vacuum bottom and 10,000 tons of lube cut oil.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 2,700 tons of rebar basket from Azerbaijan Steel Company and 6,000 tons of bloom ingot from Kaveh Steel Company.
Agriculture floor: Offers 268,000 day-old chickens, 316,500 tons of wheat, 12,600 tons of wheat basket, 6,000 tons of sugar, 1,800 tons of crude vegetable oil, and 744 tons of corn.
Furthermore, the side market of IME will also offer 600 tons of palm oil from Malaysia.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
