The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) gained 297.48 points or 0.3 percent to end the trades at 99522.2 on Jan. 24.
According to the TSE official website, about 1.2 billion shares, valued at $82 million (3.5 trillion rials converted to the USD according to the free market rates) were traded for the day.
The Price Index gained 95.06 points or 0.3 percent, to post 31794.5.
The First Market grew by 102.72 points or 0.15 percent, to post 70804.6.
The Second Market added 1204.74 points or 0.57 percent, to post 211345.7.
The Industry Index was up 318.4 points or 0.36 percent, to post 88266.5.
TSE 30 Index gained 3.9 points or 0.09 percent, to close at 4374.2.
TSE 50 Index increased 11.01 points or 0.27 percent, to end at 4143.2.
