The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Feb. 3:
Export floor: Offers 19,000 tons of bitumen.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 115,397 tons of chemicals, polymers, bitumen, vacuum bottom feed stock, lube cut oil, slap wax and sulphur.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 2,000 tons of cement.
Agriculture floor: Offers 14,000 tons of wheat, 4,750 tons of sugar and 1,800 tons of crude vegetable oil as well as 2,338 tons of maize within the framework of supportive price plan.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 500 tons of palm oil from Malaysia and 20 tons of lactic butter from Belgium and Germany.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
