The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Feb. 26:
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 113,940 tons of polymers, bitumen, sulfur, lube cut oil, slap wax, slack wax, paraffin oil and vacuum bottom feed stock.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 20,000 tons of steel slabs type SM and 85,580 tons of steel sheets from Mobarakeh Steel Company, as well as 20,000 tons of blooms from Khouzestan Steel Company.
Agriculture floor: Offers 233,000 day-old chicks, 10,800 tons of wheat, 3,850 tons of sugar, 1,000 tons of crude vegetable oil, 170 tons of large lentil, 400 kilograms of saffron, and 344 tons of maize within the framework of supportive price plan.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 200 tons of lactic butter.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
