The gold coin was traded in Iran at 15,370,000 rials (about $343.7 according to the currency rate in Iran's free market) on Monday.
According to data on the website of the Tehran Gold and Jewelry Union, one gram of the 18-karat gold was priced at 1,498,780 rials (about $33.5), indicating a 2.28 percent increase compared to the preceding day.
According to the country’s real-time data sharing system, SANA, euro valued 54,800 rials in the free market, dropping 0.14% percent. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put the official rate of euro at 45,840 rials.
The US dollar gave up 0.04 percent compared to the preceding day and stood at 44708 rials in the free market. The CBI put the official rate for the greenback at 37235 rials.
