The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for March 17:
Export floor: Offers 9,300 tons of bitumen, insulation and sulphur.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 228,934 tons of bitumen, polymers, and vacuum bottom feed stock as well as lube cut oil and various chemicals.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 20,000 tons of Slab C and 10,000 tons of iron ore pellets.
Agriculture floor: Offers 268,050 day-old chickens and 1,400 tons of sugar.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 554 tons of frozen meet and 1,054 tons polyester thread grades A, B and C.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
