The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) inched up 0.05 percent or 51.44 points to end the trades at 95577.3 on March 17.
According to the TSE official website, about 1.3 billion shares, valued at $61.2 million (2.9 trillion rials converted to US dollar according to free market rate) were traded for the day.
The Price Index gained 16.41 points or 0.05 percent, to post 30326.
The First Market added 24.6 points or 0.04 percent, to post 67458.3.
The Second Market gained 172.4 points or 0.08 percent, to post 205801.4.
The Industry Index was down 22.96 points or 0.03 percent, to post 85554.6.
TSE 30 Index inched down 0.5 points or 0.01 percent, to close at 4260.3.
TSE 50 Index inched up 3.17 points or 0.08 percent, to end at 4015.1.
