The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) gained 2.53 points to end the trades at 95,229.0 on May 22.
According to the TSE official website, about 645 million shares, valued at $35 million were traded for the day.
The trading value and volume registered fall by 81 and 60.4 percent compared t the preceding day.
The Price Index (TEPIX) gained 0.78 points to post 29,679.
The First Market Price and dividend index- TEDPIX (FM) decreased by 50.6 points to post 67,773.3.
The Second Market Price and dividend index - TEDPIX (SM) added 288 points to post 202,127.
The Industry Index was up 3.74 points to post 85,375.9.
TSE 30 Index gained 4.92 points (0.12 percent) to close at 4,243.5.
TSE 50 Index increased 1.53 points (0.04 percent) to end at 4,001.2.
Mobarakeh Steel Company, Gol Gohar mining and Industrial Co., Jam Petrochemical Co., Khorasan Steel Company and Mobin Petrochemical Company were among the companies that imposed the highest positive effect on the TSE index.
Meanwhile, Isfahan Oil Refining Co., Tabriz Oil Refining Co., National Iranian Copper Industries Co., Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company and Shazand Oil Refining Company had the biggest negative impact on the TSE index.
