The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) decreased by 167.99 points (-0.18%) to end the trades at 95,626.0 on May 27.
According to the TSE official website, about 1,737 million shares, valued at $55 million were traded for the day.
The trading value and volume registered fall by 44 and 16 percent compared to the preceding day.
The Price Index (TEPIX) decreased by 62.19 (-0.21%) points to post 29,719.6.
The First Market Price and dividend index- TEDPIX (FM) decreased by 41.76 (-0.06%) points to post 68,389.2.
The Second Market Price and dividend index - TEDPIX (SM) decrease by 774.76 (-0.38%) points to post 201,169.2.
The Industry Index was down by 174.50 (-0.20%) points to post 85,787.3.
TSE 30 Index lost 7.33 (-0.16%) points to close at 4,457.2.
TSE 50 Index decreased 9.07 (-0.23%) points to end at 4,019.0.
Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company, Mines and Metals Development Investment Company, Tamin Petroleum & Petrochemical Investment Co.(Tappico), Pasian Oil and Gas Development Co. and Omid Investment Group were among the companies that imposed the highest positive effect on the TSE index.
Meanwhile, Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company, Jam Petrochemical Company, Golgohar Investment & Development Company and Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industry Company had the biggest negative impact on the TSE index.
