The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for June 13:
Export floor: Offers 14,460 tons of bitumen, sulphur, paraffin wax and insulation as well as 25,000 liters of engine oil.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 151,588 tons of bitumen, vacuum bottom and chemicals.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,000 tons of iron beam, 20,000 tons of bloom ingots and 30,000 tons of slab type C as well as 10,000 tons of iron beam basket, 11 tons of rebar basket, 1,500 tons of 1000 lb aluminum ingots, 500 tons of aluminium billets and 2,000 tons of cement.
Agriculture floor: Offers 25,805 tons of wheat, 5,050 tons of sugar and 1,000 tons of colza as well as 1,000 tons of crude soybean oil.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 100 tons of frozen meat, 821 tons of metal scraps, 75 tons of ferrocylsium, 1,000 tons of sugar and 12 tons of used locomotive engine oil.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
