The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for August 6:
Export floor: Offers 7,550 tons of bitumen.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 147,229 tons of bitumen, polymers, lube cut oil and vacuum bottom feedstock.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 60,610 tons of hot rolled steel sheet type B, 40,590 tons of hot rolled steel sheet type C, 15,500 tons of cold rolled steel sheet, 2,700 tons of tin plated steel sheets and 4,200 tons of galvanized steel sheets from Mobarakeh Steel Co. as well as 440 tons of copper wire.
Agriculture floor: Offers 7,600 tons of wheat, 10,262 tons of sugar and 5 tons of saffron.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
