Baku, Azerbaijan, Dec. 9
By Elnur Baghishov – Trend:
Many economic problems may be solved by importing goods, namely, meat, vaccines and raw materials through the Bazargan border of Iran's West-Azerbaijan province, Alireza Rafiepour, chairman of the Iran Veterinary Organization, said.
As the US withdrew from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iran's West-Azerbaijan province is considered an important opportunity thanks to its integration into Europe, Trend reports citing the Young Journalists Club.
He added that the Iran Veterinary Organization is trying to use this valuable potential properly.
For this purpose, the Maku Veterinary Department has been authorized to issue licenses, Rafiepour added.
The special attention is paid to expand the laboratory of the Maku Free Trade Zone and increase the number of employees, he said.
There is no problem with strategic products, as well as medicines, thanks to joint relations, Rafiepour said.
