Iran Air airline should expand its capacities in repair, engineering, and maintenance sectors said Iran Minister of Road and Urban Development.
"Considering Iran Air's capacities in technical and engineering sector it should not remain behind due to sanctions. Iran Air is different from other domestic Iranian airlines due to its ability in engineering and maintenance sectors," said Mohammad Eslami, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"The capacities of the airline company should be expanded to secure repair and maintenance. People and officials are witnessing changes in the current situation and everyone agrees that Iran Air has high aviation security," he said.
The Minister has visited Iran Air HQ and its various workshops including the engine workshop and flight area on Tuesday.
