The loan for the National Housing Action Plan has increased to 1.5 billion rials (about $35,700) by the Iranian government while the second phase of housing plan inauguration would start by mid-June, said Deputy Minister of Road and Urban Development.
The land has been assigned for the National Housing Action Plan in 230 cities, in this regard construction of 530,000 housing units started, said Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, Trend report citing Mehr News Agency.
Around 11,000 housing units inaugurated in November last Iranian year (started March 20, 2020). The second phase of the National Housing Action plan would inaugurate by mid-June while the government approved to increase housing loan from 1 billion rials (about $23,800) to 1.5 billion rials (about $35,700).
Following the government action, the installment for monthly loan payment would be paid in 12 years while the total loan profit from payments would be 2.1 billion rials (about $50,000) by the end of 12 years.
